Working From Home with My Hubby

As my hubby and I have decided to spend more quality time with our little Baby Eieo, we continuously pursue home-based jobs and simply earn more from home. We never thought that this could be very rewarding, amazing and a lot fun. Earning from home just gives us enough time to be together without sacrificing anything particularly our regular income.

We just need to earn more and save more now that we already have a child to raise and nurture. As we are able to meet our goals, experience both financial freedom and stability, appreciate the convenience, achieve professional growth, and a lot more.

I never intend to say that this is better than the traditional way of working and earning for a living. What I just want to express is that we have personally proven that working and earning from home can be as good and as rewarding as office-based jobs.

Being a Tertiary English instructor, I am glad and proud to say that I have maintained my being on the top over the years. As I have consistently received such outstanding remark from the overall performance evaluation, I simply cannot leave teaching. It has been both my profession and passion for five years and I must admit that my heart is really into it. Indeed, I cannot say no to something that has been one of the greatest sources of my personal strength and inspiration.

Still, I teach every Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Doing this truly cuts and breaks the monotony of staying at home 24/7. With all these blessings, I am indeed happy and fulfilled.

  10. It's great that you are able to work from home and teach outside the house too. It's nearly impossible to do such work over where I live.

  11. Came across your blog accidentally. :) I myself was a teacher offline and loved to share my thoughts and knowledge. Now, I consider myself as a teacher online and the number of students I have has increased.

Congratulations to you and your life. I'm sure that the year 2009 will bring in more blessings and opportunities.

    Cheers!

  15. That's awesome that you can do that. That is what my husband and I strive for. The ability to be home together without having to do the 9-5 separately.

  20. This is inspiring. I recently lost my job and now I'm trying to figure out how to make money from home, since there are no jobs out here where I live. I need to make $200 a day to have the same income I just lost, which barely paid my mortgage. Unfortnately I haven't quite made it to $1 a day yet. I just started though.

  21. Working From Home with My Hubby is great post that I can relate to. I have been at home for over a year now. I attempted to work on my husbands businesses without much success because I did not have the passion for his endeavors. When he lost his only client in December (two week before Christmas) I felt stressed and the prospect of having to work outside of the home again.

Out frustration and necessity I have accepted the fact that I should not find a job, nor should he. We have just recently committed to working on our businesses together from home. Thank God for blogging; it is a new passion that has brought so much hope and freedom that it seems to cover over the fear and the instability of our income. Though I wish we would have planned for this time ,including a hefty savings, I know that we are n the path to success and joy. It is hard to be a stay at home mom when you have a strong desire to work from home. Now that technology has made way for people to do both I think we will see a much healthier society and economy.
