When I was a college student, I had a very busy schedule - school, part-time work at MalacaƱang Palace - Presidential News Desk, and my extra co-curricular activities. With a very limited budget for some girly stuffs and OC-ness, I needed to be extra resourceful. Upon watching a TV program, I was able to learn that the most amazing face & body scrub is to be found right straight from our own kitchen - extra olive oil or extra virgin coconut oil and brown sugar.
What You Need
* Olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil
* Sugar (or brown sugar)
* Hot/warm water
* Clean and soft cloth
How To Do It
Wipe your face with a hot and clean cloth to dampen your face.
Take the olive oil, extra virgin coconut oil or extra virgin olive oil and wipe it on your face liberally.
Take sugar and wipe it in your hands very gently.
Smooth the sugar on your cheeks and gently rub all over the face.
Gently rub the sugar on your skin for about 20-30 seconds all over the face. Be careful of the eye area. You may also try it on your lips.
Rinse face with warm water to get all the sugar off. Your face will still be covered in oil. Take the damp cloth and wipe your face gently until all the oil is off. Remember to do this very gently.
Do this every week for healthy smooth skin without dead skin cells!
The sugar removes all the dead skin and all that remains is soft skin from the oil. You'll be surprised that your face looks and feels amazing.
Don't be concerned about olive or virgin coconut oil on your face - it's one of the most natural oils and won't definitely clog your pores.
Try this beauty regimen and face exoliation today and indulge in your ventures. Experiment and Love it!

More info for you:
Exfoliation is one of the quickest ways to achieve a healthy glow to the face and body. By removing the surface layer of dead skin cells, you increase circulation and the skin becomes healthier, leaving a healthy, shiny glow.
Spas often provide facial treatments and many of these contain ingredients such as essential oils, fruits, milk and honey. Another ingredient often found in spa facial treatments is sugar. Sugar makes a great exfoliant and will help slough off dead skin.
Now, you can create you own healthy facial scrubs using simple household sugar and oil.
