Swak na Swak - Kabuhayang Swak na Swak Reformatted for Better Segments

FYI - Kabuhayang Swak na Swak was reformatted and restructured to improve its segments, featuring many inspiring businesses and having its entrepreneurs share their thoughts and experiences to encourage and motivate everyone to start a business and try possibilities and other opportunities.

Swak na Swak, the program's new name, also gives its avid viewers like me and hubby some useful, resourceful and practical tips, techniques and pointers that we could all adopt and embrace when we make decisions on trying out some new business ventures.

Inspired by stories of fellow business enthusiasts, hubby and I tried putting up our own online shop through my personal blogs in year 2009. Our online business hub caters to different needs of our avid clients here and abroad. It sells a wide array of products - trying to offer a variety of merchandises that would surely make our clients happy and satisfied. With much integrity, commitment and passion, we are able to continue the business over the years and be able to make its succeed at its own pace. Trust is the key as to why it stays on the go, surviving the dynamic, fast-changing world of online businesses.

We are blessed to be inspired by this TV program in ABS-CBN. And yes, we have been an avid viewer, follower of Kabuhayang Swak na Swak since 2006 (even from the time of Ms. Amy Perez); our weekends won't be complete without a daily dose of Kabuhayang Swak na Swak. And if we fail to watch it on TV, we see to it that we find time to go online and watch it.

Watching Kabuhayang Swak na Swak enables us to learn how to start a business but most especially, get the inspiration and the drive to finally venture into a business and pursue to succeed. Being informed and abreast with the latest trends on Pinoy entrepreneurship as well as what it takes to be a persistent and committed business enthusiasts, we are updated and guided as to how to make it big in the business, even in our own small beginnings.

Keep up the good work. All the best to Swak na Swak and of course to Bayan Productions, Inc.

Cheers to more years with you. You are one of the best business partners we, entrepreneurs, could ever have. Thanks and more power.

God speed.

With gratitude and prayers,

Mommy Mai and Daddy Ren

Jimmy Hwa Cu, Jr. - The Man of the Hour

Jimmy Hwa Cu, Jr. is Chinese by blood, a "green card" holder, a Filipino by heart, and a very flexible, competent and successful business man - the great mind behind the growth of Markenburg International Foods Corporation.

JHC Principles: What Our Boss Has In Mind

Golden Rule: Do unto others what you want others do unto you.

Everybody is equal.

In business, there has to be no emotions. You save that for your family.

Solve the problem; then get back into business.

Know your advantage and make it your foothold.

If you want to be better, always compare yourself to someone better.

Live with all integrity.

Do what it right no matter how hard it is.

Do whatever you need to survive.

I don’t care about what other people would say; all I care is what my wife thinks about me.

Sometimes the best deal we could ever make is the deal that we stay away from.

Live like a canary in a coal mine often refers to - Serve as a warning to others.

If you see injustice, speak up.

Learn from the past and work for the future.

Better stop the numbers than lose your soul.

Do not quibble at something you don’t know and understand.

Whatever is your advantage, maximize it.

Be careful with what you ask/wish for because you might get it.

How can you forecast your needs? Know your product; know your customer; know your competitors.

– JHC, Jr.
