These things I plan to embrace as I motivate myself to lose weight to get pregnant and bear our second bundle of joy. Hopefully, I can obey what my Ob-Gyne tells me.
I will drink lots of water - more fresh fruit juices, goodbye soda and other carbonated drinks.
I will say hello to fruits, vegetables, supplements and milk - bidding goodbye to crackers, chips and sweets.
I will lessen my cups of rice, from one and a half cup of rice to a cup. no more extra cup/s of rice.
I intend to use our little investments on exercycles - stationary bicycles, exercise pads, ropes and other available gym equipment at home on a regular basis.
I will exercise.
All these things I plan to observe and put into practice moderately. I have no plans to do this drastically, no need to be in a hurry. I won't overdo. I will take my time. I hope to enjoy this weight-loss program. Smile and pray hard. Keeping my fingers crossed.
