The Truth about Beth Tamayo and Elizabeth Batain

What I found out early today:
Beth Tamayo is dead.
Beth Tamayo was sentenced to death.
Beth Tamayo and Elizabeth Batain are only ONE and the Same Person.

A mere Hoax, a Rumor.

When I first heard the news, spreading like wildfire in SMS as well as in many social networking sites, I began doing my own researches. I initially find this thing very cheap but mind you, I honestly got curious. They say curiosity kills and so I went online and search over the web. In a very few clicks, these what I got:

Conclusion: This is a mere Hoax, a Rumor.

Indeed, Beth Tamayo isn't Elizabeth Batain.

Actress Beth Tamayo broke her silence on the rumor that she and Elizabeth Batain, one of the Filipinos who was executed recently in China are one and the same.

“Hindi ko lang ma-gets na bakit saken agad na-iconnect yung Beth na binitay.” part of Beth Tamayo’s e-mail sent to GMA-7′s showbiz talk show, Startalk said. “I’m very much alive and kicking.” she added. She also sent her condolonces to the family of Batain. Beth is currently in the United States and was last seen on GMA-7′s fantaserye Luna Mystika.

Beth Tamayo very much "alive and kickin'"; Kris Aquino visits family of the real Elizabeth Batain

Just because i haven't been in the surface?

"Now, it makes me think na baka yung mga naghahanap sa ex ko ang may gawa nito just so I could re-surface and give my side. I don't wanna say anything anymore but just to appease some people who might be wondering or baka maniwala kaya eto ako i'm giving a reaction about it.

"But for the record again.. i'm very much ALIVE and KICKIN'!"

Kuwento ni Kris sa PEP (Philippine Entertainment Portal), "I went to the family. I asked their permission if I could talk about it, and they allowed me kasi I wanted to respect kaya walang press na sumama sa amin.

Sila kasi yung may communication, 'saka I went to Batain family...

"I took the chopper yesterday, it took more than an hour to get there kasi nasa dulo talaga ng Quezon.

And then I met her two children. Kinantahan nga ako nung daughter. Sinabi ko na sana talaga lalo pa niyang paghusayan because she really has a beautiful voice.

"And for me, it was really worth the effort na nagpunta dun kasi regardless of guilt, kasi, di ba, huwag na nating pag-usapan yung guilt o hindi, kasi dapat respetuhin natin ang batas ng China. Pero pamilya silang nawalan ng minamahal nila and, ako talaga, I felt that since I had that wonderful opportunity na mapuntahan sila," seryosong paglalahad ni Kris

Dagdag pa niya, "Ginawan ko talaga ng paraan in my capacity as Kris. Kasi ang nakaka-surprise was that wala silang complaint how government handled it.

Another Story:
"Kasi nung August pa lang, sumulat na siya sa China on their behalf, meron silang pina-bring up sa akin na about media and about yung privacy issues and all.

In Ogie Diaz' "Oh My G!" column at Pinoy Parazzi yesterday, April 4, the writer-manager-host doubted if the rumor is true. He mentioned that the Beth who is rumored to be dead might be the Elizabeth Batain who was sentenced to death in China some days back. To quote:

Dahil knowing the media?

So, personally, hindi kami naniniwala rito.

Mommy Mai says:

Information, inputs and stories are now presented. It is indeed yours to decide.

We personally don't believe in this.

Though it has been very intriguing and interesting, we shall stop sensationalizing this issue as it damages and ruins somebody else's reputation and disturbs his or her privacy. Entertainment is non-sense if it is done at the expense of other people.

Next Most-Awaited Scene: For this issue or rumor to die, Ms. Beth Tamayo has to show up to prove her message, only sent via E-mail, that she is very much alive and kicking. I know she doesn't have to prove to anyone her existence but for her peace of mind and to stop this commotion or hubbub, I think she has to show up and greet the whole world - Hello! :)

With such a very pretty face, Ms. Beth Tamayo is an icon in show business, a competitive and a very good actress. Most of us admire her beauty, elegance and simplicity. She smiles like an angel and seems to project as someone who has a big, humble and sincere heart. I hope she can always be tagged or talked about as who she really is and NOT as someone else, NOT even as Elizabeth Batain. Take care, Ms. Beth. GOD bless you and your family always!

To Ms. Elizabeth Batain, may your soul be blessed and rest in eternal peace with our Creator.

Would you mind sharing what you have in mind? We'd love to hear from you.

Thanks for dropping by!

See you again... soon! :-)
